Chiropractic Care

spinal manipulation

If you have never looked into the world of chiropractic spinal manipulation, you could be missing out on an important modality for helping you enjoy optimal health, wellness, comfort, and injury recovery.

Chiropractic adjustments to the spinal column can ease pain, enhance joint motion, improve your posture, and help your nervous system function normally.

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Brian Cho has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment. Dr. Cho treats the underlying causes of these problems, rather than just relieving the symptoms.

The Purpose of Chiropractic Spinal Adjustment

The human spine consists of a complex arrangement of vertebrae, discs, joints, and the muscle groups that allow the spine to twist, turn, and bend. It also hosts the spinal cord, with major nerves running through the vertebral spaces to serve the rest of the body.

Unfortunately, many problems can afflict this delicate combination of moving and non-moving parts. Even the smallest subluxation, or joint imbalance, can limit joint motion, causing neck or back pain. Dislodged or herniated discs can press against nerve roots, producing neurological discomfort or weakness in the extremities while also affecting your systemic health. An unbalanced spine may throw the rest of your body out of balance, leaving you with chronic aches and pains.

Chiropractic spinal adjustment can relieve these problems. Dr. Cho uses manual or instrument-assisted techniques that deliver small but focused force to spinal components, shifting them back into position. By normalizing your spinal alignment, we can ease neurological symptoms, reduce muscular strain, and help your neck and back move more freely.

More than an Adjustment

A typical office visit could combine chiropractic, physiotherapy, corrective exercises, and massage. Each patient is prescribed an individualized treatment plan that may also include home exercises. Using this unique approach, Dr. Brian Cho is able to help you accelerate and/or maintain your journey towards good health.

That's why we're happy to offer this non-surgical healing modality at our chiropractic clinic.

Corrective Excercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Tools to help you heal

Sometimes we require a little extra help in our healing process when we can’t be at the clinic everyday!
We offer additional products to help reduce pain, provide support and rehabilitate you back to optimal health and wellness. This could include nutritional supplements, liniment sprays and analgesic gels, back and neck supports, cervical pillows, ice and moist heat packs, along with various braces and supports that we carry at our office for your needs. We also carry products for at home exercises for core strengthening and balance training such as exercise balls, rocker and wobble boards along with resistance bands and surgical tubing for exercise rehab. We have done the research to ensure that you are getting a great quality product.
